  4. Pay slips can be delivered to employees in a timely manner monthly as per customer requirements.
  5. Declare and pay social security and housing provident funds on time every month.
  6. Calculate and declare the bases for social security and housing provident funds in accordance with the regulations every year.
  7. Consultation on the housing provident fund policy for social security.
  8. Open social security and housing provident fund accounts for the new company.
  9. Matters related to changes in social security and housing provident fund.(For example: changing the payment month of the provident fund, changing the social security information, repaying the provident fund or social security, changing the employment time, etc.)

3. Required Documents for Salary Services within China

  1. The employer's social security and housing provident fund account numbers and passwords
  2. Basic information of the employee, labour contract or admission notice
  3. The establishment documents of the employer, such as business licenses, various permits, etc

*The labour contract/employment information needs to include the employee's position, location, salary, social security/housing provident fund base, start and end dates of the labour contract, and other welfare information.

* Since some provincial, municipal and regional social security withholding increment/decrement services have been integrated into the tax, employers are required to provide an electronic tax office account number and password.

*If employers are unable to pay social security and housing provident fund for their employees due to regional issues, they can also consider our labour dispatch service to solve the problems of social security and housing provident fund payment.
