The Exit and Entry Administration department will examine the qualifications of the enterprise and the individual application materials, and you can get the multiple business endorsement (the validity period of the endorsement is related to the validity period of the record).

三、Annual inspection and change management of Hong Kong and Macao business records

1.    Annual inspection requirements

Enterprise business filing is not "one-time permanent validity", and its registration validity period is valid within one year from the date of adoption. The annual inspection is required within three months before the expiration of the validity period, and the validity period is automatically extended for one year after the annual inspection is passed. For enterprises applying for business registration in Macao, personnel must be interviewed again during the annual inspection (the requirements are the same as those for the first registration).If the application is not processed within the annual inspection period, the enterprise's qualification for filing will be cancelled, and the subsequent application shall be processed according to the first process (resubmit materials and review).

2.    Management of filing changes
